Return policy
Once you purchase something from my shop, you acknowledge that you have reviewed my description and seen the photos. I do not accept returns, however, if you are unhappy with your product please feel free to contact me :)
US shipping
All products will be shipped with USPS and will be tracked. US shipping is 5.00
International shipping
At this time I am a bit intimidated by international shipping and therefore do not currently support it. However, I will look into it in the future!
Cancelation policy
Once I have purchased and printed the shipping label, I am unable to cancel the order. Please contact me on Instagram as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

How long will customs take?
Custom orders would take around 3-4 weeks for whale shark bags and 1-2 weeks for keychains to be made and shipped. I am a student currently enrolled in uni and I make these lil guys in my free time, so please allow some leeway for me ^^;
Pricing
My pricing will fluctuate on how long I take with my work and the quality put into each piece. I greatly value my work and the pricing reflects the hours I contribute to each piece.
